In the age of skyrocketing mental and personality disorders throughout the West, likely exacerbated by the Standard American Diet, endocrine-disrupting chemicals, social alienation, broken families, and social media, the self-mutilating transgender movement has become far more noticeable throughout the Western world. There are a variety of mental illnesses that are comorbid with transgenderism, or, in the case under examination in this article - autogynephilia. While there has been a bizarre rise in biological men in dissident right subcultures disfiguring and mutilating their bodies or adopting abnormal sexual kinks relating to pretending to be a woman. The growth of autogynephilia, a male's propensity to be sexually aroused by the thought of himself as a female, throughout wider society is horrific enough, but the rise of this worldview in political spaces, especially by young men, that by all accounts should reject this deviant lifestyle, is very concerning.
One of the largest overlapping mental issues between autogynephilia is autism. Transgender individuals are diagnosed with autism at three to six times the rate of normal members of the population [1]. In fact, in a recent study, “researchers found that 24% of the gender-diverse and transgender respondents were autistic compared with 5% of the study’s cisgender participants” [2]. There are many reasons why autism and transgenderism may develop such a strong link, first and foremost autism has been described as an “extreme male brain” and people with both gender dysphoria and autism independently tend to score higher on masculinity measures [3]. Many masculine traits are predictive of career success and thus by proxy, political success, especially through activity on social media [4]. Thus this partly explains the higher representation of transgenders at the top echelons of power.
In addition to this, transgender individuals are known to score higher in neuroticism and lower in agreeableness [5], thus fitting with the annoying Twitter user stereotype that people often picture when they imagine a typical angry and hysterical Twitter user. There are currently no quantifiable studies on transgender internet political overrepresentation, besides examples such as Ubersoy’s BreadTube video, in which it was revealed that 30% of their members are trans [6]. However, we can evaluate the “real world” as a proxy in which we find that LGBTQ individuals (known to be highly neurotic and anti-social) are twice more likely than straight people to be politically active [7]. In comparison to their neurotypical peers, LGBTQ individuals engaging in political causes, far beyond LGBTQ-specific issues, at such a higher rate gives them a disproportionate impact in American politics. This, at least partially, explains their prevalence in a variety of different causes.
Neurotic individuals exhibit a higher tendency to engage with social media compared to neurotypical individuals [8]. However, social media use, in general, has been linked to detrimental effects on mental health, particularly among young people. Platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are designed to be addictive and have been associated with anxiety, depression, and physical ailments [9]. These negative impacts are often amplified for individuals who already suffer from mental illnesses or have non-neurotypical perspectives.
For neurotic individuals, social media can have a destructive impact on their mental well-being as they develop unhealthy internet addictions [10]. Platforms such as Twitter and Discord tend to attract neurotic and mentally ill individuals more frequently than in-person spaces. This is because these platforms provide a continuous source of dopamine hits, as users connect with like-minded individuals who share similar experiences. Consequently, individuals who identify as trans-Nazi LARPers and frequently share self-perceived 'hot takes' on Twitter are often individuals who have become addicted to the validation and reinforcement they receive from social media.
Examples of what I’m talking about
Social media and pornography can intensify and amplify mental illnesses while also providing a platform for deviant individuals to connect and reinforce their behaviors, including grooming. This phenomenon can be observed across various subcultures, but the question remains: why is it particularly prevalent among American neo-Nazis? It is indeed a peculiar combination to witness the convergence of neo-Nazi politics, a distinct ideology separate from actual National Socialism, and transgenderism. Historical National Socialism was unequivocal in its stance on this matter, explicitly banning transgender surgeries and promoting traditional gender roles and sexuality while condemning sexual degeneracy and abnormal behaviors. The rise of online right-wing subcultures, found in the depths of the internet and social media, starkly contrasts the principles of early 20th-century fascist movements.
Regarding the prevalence of this phenomenon, it's important to note that there is no direct survey quantifying the number of transgender individuals within each political movement. Instead, we must assess this indirectly. Recent findings indicate that those with more extreme ideologies tend to have higher rates of autism compared to the general population. While this can attract highly intelligent and dedicated individuals to political movements, including those who are well-educated, it also means that individuals with mental illnesses, including autism, may join dissident subcultures [11]. The prevalence of transgenderism and other mental illnesses tends to be less common on the political Right compared to the Left. In the context of the American landscape, the term "Left" refers to woke organizations, communists, and neoliberal proponents, whereas the term "Right" represents a more patriotic and nationalistic perspective. In a society that often rewards illness and abnormal behavior while demonizing proper treatment, it is observable that individuals who are already mentally ill gravitate towards ideologies that validate their mental illness or serve as expressions of it [12].
If we examine the prevalence of autism diagnoses, the farthest Left category shows a rate of around 10%, while the Left to Far-Left category has a rate of approximately 6%. In comparison, the farthest Right-wing category has around 5% diagnosed with autism, while the Right to Far-Right category has approximately 1.5% diagnosed [12]. These statistics provide some insight into the distribution of autism diagnoses across the political spectrum.
Hence, this phenomenon is more prevalent on the Left-wing and increases as one's ideology leans further left, while the prevalence remains relatively consistent on the Right-wing, with a slight increase in the second-rightest category. The association between autism and transgender behavior has been identified by George Francis, who suggests that lower empathy and higher systematizing tendencies contribute to the overrepresentation of autism on the political spectrum [13]. Angus Fox also explores this connection in his When Sons Become Daughters series at the Quileute [14], further supporting these observations.
Neo-Nazi ideologies, particularly of the Siege and Satanic variety like the Order of Nine Angles, are often associated with lower empathy and higher levels of neuroticism, especially within online communities. Subcultures centered around cruelty and violence are unlikely to attract empathic individuals, making it understandable why some transgender individuals may gravitate towards adopting neo-Nazi beliefs. However, many of these individuals may not be deeply ideological and instead adopt the aesthetics and subculture as a fetish or hobby.
Transgender neo-Nazi accounts on social media often post hyper-sexualized content, somewhat emulating the behavior of Leftist transgender activists. They do not actively promote a racially-based ideology or demonstrate a deep understanding of it. Instead, their focus is on presenting themselves as both neo-Nazi racists and transgender individuals. This twists the self-sacrifice and community-oriented aspects of National Socialism into a self-indulgent and anti-social ideology, while still maintaining the symbols of National Socialism. It is possible to acknowledge these observations without subscribing to National Socialism ourselves.
In his book The Men Who Would Be Queen, Michael Bailey builds upon previous research on Autogynephilia by Ray Blanchard, suggesting that some transgender individuals experience sexual arousal from the idea of themselves being women, while otherwise possessing typically male personality traits, including a "male brain" [15]. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) has been associated with elevated rates of paraphilic disorders and instances of hypersexuality. Additionally, bisexual individuals have higher rates of autism, and voyeuristic, sadistic, masochistic, and exhibitionistic tendencies are more prevalent among individuals with autism compared to the general population [16].
While most transgender women may not possess many stereotypical feminine traits on average, some may have a superficial understanding of womanhood and experience sexual arousal from presenting as female. Transgender neo-Nazis may have a limited understanding of fascist ideology but fetishize the idea of themselves as fascists as something forbidden or provocative in society. This attraction may be related to lower levels of overall empathy, as they eroticize their own neo-Nazi identity, similar to their arousal from presenting as women. It is important to note that there is no evidence suggesting that the content of the ideology itself attracts transgender individuals, but certain aspects of fascism may appeal to those with atypical sexual interests, leading them to fetishize it [17]. Transgender individuals may be drawn to ideologies as an individualistic expression of their sexual interests rather than the ideas themselves.
Terminally online behavior is associated with mental illness, which can also be connected to pornography addiction. The consumption of pornography can lead to the exploration of abnormal sexual practices, which may contribute to the development of LGBT behavior [18]. Pornography can exacerbate existing tendencies towards antisocial behavior and can lead to a progression towards more extreme and depraved content, as individuals seek the same dopamine high experienced during initial pornography use. Studies have found correlations between high pornography use and traits such as neuroticism, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and obsessional checking behaviors. Men who struggle to resist the allure of porn websites may have dispositions that make them more susceptible to compulsive problems in general [19]. Additionally, there is evidence linking pornography use to increases in sexual violence, with boys exposed to violent pornography being more likely to report perpetration and victimization of teen dating violence, and girls exposed to violent pornography being more likely to experience victimization [20].
Various factors, such as societal dysfunction, pornography use, social media platforms, rising mental illness rates, and others, can contribute to compulsive behaviors and abnormal expressionism. The fascination with Japanese anime, for example, can be partly explained by autism [21]. This demonstrates a direct connection between biological mental illnesses, anime, pornography, excessive internet use, and radical politics, leading to the fetishization of extremism. This convergence of issues creates a perfect storm, resulting in the presence of "Homofascists" on platforms like Twitter. The modern alienated capitalist system has given rise not only to mentally ill feminists or "woke" liberals but also to a growing number of anti-social neo-Nazis.

Interesting and well researched article. This stuff is literally just all anti-social, autistic fetishes that are somehow becoming the ultimate ideal for the new Globohomo religion. Sickening.
Amazing piece! This should be the nail in the coffin that "metapolitics" or "the culture war" is indeed, a facade, and means absolutely nothing but creating a prison complex. Creating subcultures help capitalism control opponents and enforce echo chambers.
