Neither of them officially aligned with a historical third position party/group, though I have read material on either that could make an argument for them being 3P or them not being 3P.
lee kuan yew definetly has a case because he was a fan of mosley, marcos is disgusting tho. Marcos implemented some neoliberal economic policies such as deregulation and liberalization to attract foreign investment and promote market-oriented reforms, he also utilized protectionist measures, during the early years of his presidency. He wasnt a third positionist and became reagans lapdog
